    IMPORTANT MESSAGE Regarding the Negative Invoice Process
    The new distribution date for the October Phase I Negative Invoices is October 31, 2013. There was an HPMS memo released on 10/21/13 containing new and revised information. A copy of this memo is also posted on the TPA website.
     
    The file layouts and confirmation procedures for both Drug Manufacturers and Sponsors have been placed on the TPA website. We’ve created a new title, Negative Invoice Information, in which all information related to the negative invoice process can be found.
